Bianca Rector

Bianca Rector received her J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in 2022. As a law student, Bianca interned with the Harriet Buhai Family Law Clinic and served as the Fundraising and Event Chair for the Law and Medicine Society. Her article Not All Surrogacy and Rainbows: Barriers to Gay Men Seeking to Become Parents Through Surrogacy Within the European Union was published in the spring 2023 volume of the Southwestern Journal of International Law, where she also worked as a staff editor.

Prior to joining Babok & Robinson, Bianca interned for A24 and Blumhouse Productions, and worked as an Event Coordinator for an Artificial Intelligence tech startup in Los Angeles.
