Paralegal

Karen Nyhlen is a paralegal at Babok & Robinson, LLP. Karen met Barry Babok while employed as the Paralegal/Signatories Manager at the Directors Guild and together they negotiated numerous intercreditor agreements. Karen assists the attorneys with due diligence and reviews chain of title, domestic and foreign company formation documents, corporate resolutions, equity financing and lending agreements, security agreements and other facilities and transactions documents.

Prior to working as a paralegal, Karen worked as a contract administration manager for CBS/FOX Video, Warner Bros. International Television Distribution, and Spelling Entertainment Group, among others.
