Marc Neiman is an entertainment finance attorney at Babok & Robinson, LLP where he has practiced since 2019. With a keen focus on the entertainment industry, Marc represents banks, financiers, and borrowers in a variety of transactions, including lending, co-financing agreements, and entertainment loans.

Marc attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude with a J.D. in May 2013. The recipient of a full tuition merit scholarship, Marc’s academic excellence also earned him a staff editor position on the Cardozo Law Review. Prior to law school, Marc earned a B.A. in Finance from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva College, graduating cum laude.

For six years before joining Babok & Robinson, LLP, Marc honed his legal skills as an associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. There, he represented both publicly traded and privately held companies in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial lending.

Marc’s early legal experience includes serving as a Junior Law Clerk for the Honorable Loretta A. Preska, U.S. District Chief Judge, Southern District of New York, and as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Victoria Kaufman, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, Central District of California. Additionally, his background in finance is supported by his work as a Summer Analyst at Bear Stearns Asset Management and J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

Admitted to practice law in California, New York, and New Jersey, Marc brings a comprehensive and insightful approach to his practice. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys a variety of activities including Sudoku, chess, backgammon, golf, and tennis.
